Brocano® BC-LS5D-Y Fully Automatic L-Sealer Machine uses a vertical sealing mechanism to seal and cut shrink film around products before heat shrinking. After the operator enters the product dimensions, the machine automatically adjusts the sealing mechanism to suit the entered size. This feature helps simplify setup when changing between products within the machine’s operating range. Equipped with temperature control, safety protection and an alarm system, the machine supports the film sealing stage of an automatic shrink packaging process.
For finished shrink-wrapped packaging, pair the L-sealer with a compatible heat shrink tunnel. The L-sealer seals the film around the product; the tunnel then applies heat to shrink it.
